+ Location is great. Very clean. The owner is really helpful. We surely recommend. The apartment is not hard to find. Beach very near.

+ The location is very good; e.g. sheep (of neighbors) waking me up in the morning (I liked it); it is on the slope of the mountain, with good views from balcony. The room is large enough.

+ The room we had was spacious and had a nice big balcony with a view of the sea, which was very nice. Parking right in front of the house . The location is convenient to visit Kalamata and the area around but only if you have a car.
– Furnishing and decor might use a bit of an update. Also the bathroom and communal kitchen needed a bit more cleaning but nothing that really bothered us. The host was very kind but didn’t speak any English so it was a bit difficult to communicate.
